Daniela brings over 25 years of investment banking, corporate finance, investment advisory and senior management experience with focus on the technology, healthcare, CPG and services sectors.
Prior to founding a merchant bank Ms. Bendor was a Managing Director at Axiom Capital a full-service investment bank with $2 billion in AUM. Daniela was a Managing Partner at Broadmark Capital and was heading its New York office. Previously, Daniela served as a Managing Director at Marco Polo Partners (Spin-off from Lehman Brothers) responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions focusing on the technology, fintech and life science sectors. In addition, she held a managerial position in Becton Dickinson (NYSE:BDX) and led a Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning Department at Arthur Andersen, Israel.

Daniela serves as an advisor to senior management and boards of directors regarding complex strategic and financial transactions. She is also a frequent speaker at M&A, Finance and technology-and healthcare related conferences.

She is also a board member at the Opus Connect NY Chapter (an exclusive network family offices and PE firms), Exelot (e-commerce retail-tech company), Boardwalk Frozen Treats (Baskin Robbins expansion into the grocery store), and well Life Network (a $150m non-for-profit in the NY healthcare services sector).

A co-founder and former CFO of Boardwalk Frozen Treats - taking Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors ice cream into national retail grocery distribution - Bill understands what it takes to increase distribution from humble beginnings into a national business.
Bill served in several corporate development roles at Kraft Foods, mostly as Kraft’s Vice President of M&A. He helped evolve a mature, diversified $20B+ revenue North American food business via 14 acquisitions (including Nabisco), 29 divestitures and several strategic trademark license agreements. Selected deals include the Back To Nature acquisition and the South Beach Diet trademark licensing agreement, which together created over $300MM+ of profitable annual revenue.
Bill is now using this expertise to acquire and build healthy food brands that will help change the way Americans eat from highly processed, sugar-laden foods to more nutritious, minimally processed healthy foods with simple to understand ingredients and labels.

Mr. Braiker has a track record of transforming start-ups into industry leaders. He has built three companies from inception to IPO, and his most recent company, HIPCRICKET INC, became a leading mobile marketing firm with 400k+ campaigns, proprietary SAAS technology, and 29 Fortune 100 clients.
Also, having led many companies from early stages to dynamic growth, Mr. Braiker knows the importance of the right pre-IPO processes, as he raised capital in an IPO for HIPCRICKET INC in its early stages of development in the London Stock Exchange.

Jason is a life sciences entrepreneur with business development and product management experience at startups in Biotech, MedTech, Nutrition, and Solar.
As Director of Product Development at Filament Biosolutions, he was part of the initial team that raised $4m seed financing from strategics and oversaw the company’s therapeutic pipeline. Previously, Jason interned at Finca Ventures, where he managed due diligence for impact investments in solar and healthcare startups.
Jason also Co-Founded Jibon Health, a Columbia University spinout, which received a Gates Foundation grant for clinical trials in Bangladesh.
